Giulio Migliaccio`s first goal of the season and an injury-time Abel Hernandez penalty helped Palermo continue their impressive home form with a win over Siena.
Unbeaten at Stadio Renza Barbara since May 22, the Rosanero have already taken the points off Inter Milan on home soil this season, and are now guaranteed a top-five berth heading into the international break.
Long-serving midfielder Migliaccio set Palermo on their way, opening the scoring in the 19th minute, and, despite Devis Mangia's side being reduced to 10 men in the 55th minute when Federico Balzaretti was sent off, the hosts kept hold of their lead before Hernandez sealed the triumph from the spot late on.
